Picnic Crowd Blues #8
Stoneware, glaze, underglaze
110L × 110W × 187H mm

Picnic Crowd Blues first appeared at Modern Times as a continuation of the Picnic Crowd series. This vessel has a textured matte surface and glossy interior. The bold hand-painted lines in pigmented blue complement the traditional form. This vessel can hold a large bunch of flowers and looks spectacular with some Pincushion Proteas.

This object was hand-built in Melbourne and fired at The Kiln Room. Materials were sourced from Walker Ceramics.
