Shipping
Shipping is currently only available in Australia. If you’d like to ship internationally, please email me at info@lucytolan.com.au and we can make arrangements.

All orders with standard shipping will be sent within 1-3 business days. Orders with express shipping will be sent within 1 business day.

Standard (includes insurance): $20
Express (includes insurance): $25

All shipping is sent via Australia Post and includes tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once processed.

All work is packaged with care to ensure your object arrives safely, however, accidents can happen. If your object arrives broken or gets lost in transit, please let me know within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please do not throw your package out as you will need to take it to your local Australia Post in order to proccess a refund. 

Alternatively, during peak season if you live in the Inner North or West suburbs of Melbourne, I can deliver your work to you for $10.  



Collection
You can arrange to pick up your work from my Footscray studio or Brunswick home. If you choose this option, I’ll email you shortly after your order has been placed and we can arrange a time for you to come collect your package.




Refund/Returns
I am not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, you can request a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

A major problem is when the item:
  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
  • is unsafe;
  • is significantly different from the sample or description; or
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If the fault has been outlined in the description, you won’t be entitled to a refund.

Return postage fees will be covered if I’m at fault, or you can arrange to return it in person if you’re Melbourne based.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. I cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit, therefore suggest you insure and track the parcel. Refunds will not occur until after the item is returned.
